intellectual property

Intellectual property usually includes patents, trademarks, and  copyrights.  All three are substantially statutory.  My favorite area is copyrights.

I have chosen the subject and this site to serve as an expression of my passion and love for the subject matter.

Copyright law protection is the fundamental original expression of an idea, whether literary, artistic, commercial or otherwise.
